1 General Terms

By accessing or using the bdoko platform, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and bdoko. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms apply to all bdoko services, including cricket betting, slots, arcade games, live casino, and all other gaming activities. In addition to this document, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines are also an integral part of using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and participate in gaming activities on the bdoko platform, the following conditions must be met:

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

When opening an account on bdoko, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. Each person may operate only one account.

3.2 Information Verification

bdoko may at any time request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method details for identity verification. If the required documents are not submitted on time, account activity may be temporarily restricted.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bdoko is ৳100, which applies equally to all payment methods. We accept the following payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile Financial Service
• Nagad — Mobile Financial Service
• Rocket — Mobile Banking Service
• Bank Transfer — via major Bangladeshi banks (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Delays may occur if verification is incomplete or any conditions remain outstanding.

4.3 General Transaction Policy

• Deposited funds may not be used for any purpose other than gaming.
• Withdrawals will be returned primarily through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• bdoko reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Bonus examples:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳12,000 deposit → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonus claims by the same person or household are not permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• bdoko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be suspended.

5.4 VIP & Loyalty Program

bdoko has three VIP tiers. Tiers advance through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Additional detailed terms may apply to VIP benefits, and bdoko may modify the VIP program at any time.

6 Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play

bdoko is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

6.2 Betting Rules

Betting decisions are final. In the case of technical errors or incorrect results, bdoko's decision shall be considered final. Before placing a bet on cricket, football, or kabaddi — or any sport — please read the specific market terms.

6.3 Game Availability

bdoko's game library includes content from multiple leading game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. Specific games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdoko, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or participation in fraudulent activities.
• Money laundering or using illegal funds on the gaming platform.
• Gaming using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting minors in gaming.
• Operating any form of collusion or coordinated betting ring.

For any of the above violations, bdoko may close the account and seize deposited funds without notice. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by bdoko

bdoko may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Self-exclusion request or breach of responsible gaming limits.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. It is possible to withdraw the available balance before closure, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

bdoko places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We keep all your data secure using SSL encryption technology. Your information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

For any claim against bdoko, the maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

11 Changes & Amendments
